I went to take an ultrasound on july 3rd 2017 and was told i was at 5wks 5days, i want to know what date i conceived.

That's easy: Conception is 2 weeks after the official start date of a natural pregnancy, plus or minus 1 week. That's as good as estimates get with ultrasound scanning. In normal life, the exact date is never known and rarely, if ever, matters. In this case, conception is estimated to be 3 weeks and 5 days ago.
