Ovarian: I assume the report is describing an ovarian cyst which may be fluid filled. If so, your gynecologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you. It is not clear if this is the cause of your abdominal discomfort since the discomfort is not in the pelvic area. Other imaging studies may be recommended.
