It is suspicious: You should ask your doctor what it means in terms of future follow up. Since it is suspicious, a repeat imaging study needs to be done in 2 months. I would also advise you to find out if a ca125 test has been done or not? This might provide further guidance as to the possibility of ovarian cancer(if the ca125 is high now, removal of this lesion(cyst) should be considered sooner than later).
