Dry socket: Likely a dry socket. May need to be packed. See DDS who extracted tooth. Or see oral surgeon

Surgery: You had surgery and now you have surgical site pain. Can be anything from normal healing process to infection. Your treating General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon is responsible for your post-surgical care. Return to him/her for re-examination.
