This is a common RX: Depending on the type of acne, the use of antibiotic solutions or oral antibiotics are sometimes used as part of treatment. The drawback is the skin germs can become resistant to whatever is being used at the time which leads to treatment failure. Find a skin doc you can work with and come up with a treatment plan you can work with.
