Perhaps: Non-response to appropriate therapy is an indication for accutane. Whether it is used and when is at the discretion of the practitoner.

I have had severe acne and i couldnt take accutane . Before that i took antibiotics with a topical but i didnt quite work. So i got prescribed tretoinin cream. My acne cleared in just 2 months. Does tablets prevent scaring better or is it timed based?
