Strong footballer.: In order to become strong for sports, you need a diet that will support a strength training exercise program. This would include ample amounts of lean protein along with complex carbohydrates. Keep saturated fats and trans fats low. It’s small, frequent meals throughout the day (every 2 to 3 hours). And plenty of water along with this high protein intake.
