NO: Keep training. Unless the pectus is causing severe pain or shortness of breath: it is just the way you are built. I have it myself and it in no way interferes with athletics.

Pectus excavatum: Pectus excavatum can interfere with lung function, and even heart function, if it is severe enough. You are an elite athlete, so it is possible that even if yours is mild you could be experiencing some limitation due to the level at which you need to perform. You should probably consult with a pulmonologist to determine if pectus is affecting your lung function and go from there.
