Sudden coital cephalgia and recently diagnosed very high blood pressure. should i be worried about aneurysm?

Possible but rare: While coital cephalgia can be associated with an aneurysm, it is a rare finding. Most commonly the cause is not found. You certainly need to see your pcp to evaluate you and also to control your blood pressure. It is interesting to note that this condition is actually much more common in men.

Worry about BP: Blood pressure elevation can cause a lot of trouble! measure yours regularly and with exercises of any sort. Aneurysm is low probability in general.
