COULD BE CYST? SPUR?: PALPATION MAY REVEAL ACHILLES TENDONITIS OR TENOSYNOVITIS.. N.S.A.I.D.'S SHOULD HELP ONLY IF INFLAMMED. WILL NOT HELP CYST WHICH IS PALPABLE, BUT NOT SEEN ON X-RAY
