I recently had a pelvic ultrasound and the results found a complex cyst with a mural nodule there was also a septated cyst found with no free fluid.

Results depend: on several factors, including your age, size of cyst, and associated symptoms, as well as your medical history. A complex cyst is a septated cyst. I recommend you follow up asap with the clinician who ordered tis ultrasound to discuss results and follow-up plan. Take care!

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
