Not much: Those are age appropriate changes for you and usually can't be used to explain any symptoms often asymptomatic incidental xray finding i wouldn't worry about it.

Mild arthritis: What u describe is mild arthritis, the key issue is if u have any radicular symptoms that is to say...Numbness in your hand or weakness then it needs to be checked.

Disc Degeneration: You likely have some mild degeneration of a disc in your cervical spine. It is very common and not a dangerous condition. Often it is not symptomatic but you may develop some neck pain which can be treated without surgery. Occasionally, it can lead to nerves being pinched in the neck which may cause arm pain.
