Folliculitis: You most probably have chronic folliculitis or sometimes known as epilating folliculitis. This is a chronic infection of the hair follicles and is often infected with staph. Majority of the bumps are related to hair follicles (easy to discern as there will be a hair or hair opening within the bumps), though some may occur independent of the follicles. Molluscum...: Molluscum contagiosum is a viral infection that causes little pearly bumps on the skin. They are harmless and painless and usually go away on their own (could take a few years). Another possibility is that they are truly warts. It doesn't sound urgent, but it'd be good to have her doc take a look at them just to be sure.
