You : You know, they're gonna put you in jail for practicing without a license! seriously, it's in your best interests to seek professional help for this, not look for some quick fix on-line thing. Warts (assuming your diagnosis is correct) never are deeper than your epidermis, the outer-most layer of skin. It may look deep, but that's only because the bottom of your foot is the thickest epidermis you own. But when you treat a wart with an acid, the acid doesn't know where your wart ends and you begin, and you can burn deeper tissues that really shouldn't be burnt (and thus, one of the reasons you shouldn't be tinkering with this yourself). There is a good chance the pain you're having is due to a burn. Needless to say, stop the acid and keep the area clean and dry. You can put silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream or a burn cream on it for a couple of days, but please go see a dermatologist or podiatrist. Good luck!

Most : Most likely, if the wart is still in the area, it will regrow and fill in the hole. I would recommend you see a dermatologist for further diagnosis and treatment options. Read more about wart treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps!
