Call your dentist: It could be post op inflammation. You need to treat the tooth like a sprained ankle and avoid it until it starts to heal. Make sure when you bite yiur teeth together you don’t hit that tooth first. One of the most common post op issues can be that you hit the tooth to hard which can delay healing and make the discomfort linger. You need to be seen to check the bite and check for active infection.
