Weeks.: Unfortunatley, infected cat bites can take weeks to heal, even with proper antibiotics. Which antibiotics were you given? Hopefully not penicillin or 1 from the macrolide ("-mycin") class, as a common organism in cat bites is the bacteria called Pasteurella Multocida which requires Amoxicillin or Augmentin or a Quinolone (-"floxacin") for treatment.
