Needs reassessment: If your current physician is unable to provdie help or answers, then you need to see a urologist who deals with men and women with interstitial cystitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome. You may have something as simple as an overactive bladder or there may be alternative therapies to be considered based on the findings.
