My bf has what looks like a pimple on his back. it is swollen and hard around the pimple. because of this, he has bad pain in his back and all over.

Warm compresses: Your boyfriend may be developing an abscess, but almost certainly has an infection. Consider using warm compresses to bring the infection to the surface and provide some pain relief. If his symptoms persist, he may need antibiotics in the either creme or perhaps orally.
