Are there any home remedies that work to reduce or eliminate really bad pimples ? it is swollen, red, and very painful :-(

Scientific Rx: Vee, you're doing yourself a disservice if you insist on a "home remedy" for a chronic, serious disease like acne that's a grave social and professional liability. Topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid are for starters; if you're not clear in two weeks, get with your personal physician. Ignore all "pop" / "nutritional" / "lifestyle" advice and get the treatment you deserve.
