Probably ice: I say probably because e I don't know the time frame. If you popped the pimple a few days ago now have a hard swollen lip I would worry about infections and start warm soaks and see a doctor. If this is recent and you traumatized the lip then ice will reduce swelling. See a doctor if any pus , throbbing , tenderness fever etc
