Cramp : Sounds like a muscle cramp. Due to fatigue and/or electrolyte imbalance that occurs with heavy sweating and/or dehydration. Immediately stretching the muscle during a cramp can relieve the spasm. Hydrate well before, during and after athletic activity, especially with a solution containing sodium & potassium if in hot weather.
