It depends: The amount of calorie you burn in an hour depends on your metabolic rate which is determined by your age, weight, gender, and your heart rate while you run. The easiest way to find out an estimate of how much you might burn is getting a watch with a heart rate monitor, put in your age, weight and gender and run for an hour, it'll give you a number which is fairly accurate.
