See ID specialist?: With the cardiac effect from moxifloxacin, you need to get an EKG to check for prolonged QT interval. There is likely another drug which covers the same organism without affecting the heart and thus an infectious disease specialist may be needed. Have you had an urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity study done?
