Hi i have been taking 20mg of flouxetine for three weeks now for pms, but doctor now wants me back on escitolapram 10mg as was on previously, stopped the flouxetine when can i start escitolapram, can i start at 5mg and work up to 10mg.

Either/or: Take the dosage that you feel comfortable with, since you tolerated the 10 mg dosage prior, restarting with the 10 mg dosage is acceptable.
