Totally safe: There is no known toxicity from high doses of Vitamin K from diet or supplemental K1 or K2, though one can get toxic from a synthetic form called K3. in research studies doses of 45 mg/ay have been successfully used to treat osteoporosis with no reports of toxicity- that is 500 times the RDA for females!
