Too much calcium: I am not sure why you are taking so much calcium; it is not difficult to get adequate calcium from diet ; too much calcium increases risk of atherosclerosis. Also no need to take phosphorous. The vit d is fine- consider up to 8000 iu (check levels). Best to take with 1 mg vit k. Magnesium is much more likely to help your anxiety and blood pressure than calcium: see http://bit.Ly/1dpai09.
