There is: a cyst on the right, likely of no concern, with size as described. On the left, there is a solid mass at 11:00(upper outer, as if a clock face was superimposed on the breast). "A" position means anterior 1/3 of breast. There are no additional features of the mass described, so it is impossible to determine whether it is suspicious or not based on the info provided. Talk to your doc.
