Likely a mild strain: You likely sustianed a mild strain injury of one of the tendons crossing the wrist on the outer (ulnar) aspect. Rest, ice, and decreased use (consider simple wrist brace if desired) for a couple days to a week should allow full recovery. Seek further medical evaluation if pain persists or worsens past 1-2 weeks.
