Seel below: Could be a tendon strain, ligament strain or tear, muscle sprain, ganglion cyst, etc. Recommend getting seen by your doctor for further evaluation.

Wrist pain: Many things can cause it. The most common is a ganglion cyst. Other things include dorsal compartment tenosynovitis, tfcc injury, keinbocks disease, arthritis, bony or soft tissue based mass. Having it checked should give you you answer.
