Straight answer: Although I am against the use of "weed" in general, no, weed will not effect wound healing in the short span. >10 years of smoking, in general, will mildly effect wound healing--- but more of a deal if your obese, or have diabetes

Likely: I don't find any studies that address this question on a quick search. Smoking cigarettes definitely has a negative effect on healing and I would expect that Cannabis would have the same effect, to the degree that toxins are found in the smoke. Cannabis oil has anecdotal positive effects, but not confirmed with studies to my knowledge, and that is oil applied to the skin, not smoked.
