Dialysis near: 53 M Greece asks: What is the treatment for dialysis polyneuropathy? ANS: Depends on what is causing it. Can be B12 def, Diabetes, hypertension. Most likely do to inadequate dialysis and is really uremic neuropathy. If none of the above the a trial of more frequent and/or longer dialysis may be in order.
