Taking prozac 40mg for 2 months, if i want to try zoloft, how long should i take for tapering off prozac before starting zoloft, a week or two?

Crossover same time: I typically start Zoloft right away. Prozac leaves the body slowly over about a 2 week period of time and Zoloft can be started at a low dose at the same time. Your doctor can then increase the dose of Zoloft if needed once the Prozac has left the body.
