Too early to see: You can't see a 3-4 week normal pregnancy on ultrasound. Your HCG has to be significantly higher to be visible, usually greater than 1, 000. Give it two more weeks and if your HCG is rising appropriately, your pregnancy can be confirmed. Good luck!
