Changes: We would need more specific information. Conditions like DM, thyroid disease , autoimmune disease ( lupus, sarcoid) can have systemic effects as can psychological conditions . but recommend you follow up with urgent care or Health Tap Prime where you can discuss you symptoms in more detail
