Maybe, maybe not: The effect depends on the antipsychotic. Sometimes the changes are beneficial. The changes that you are seeing in yourself could be due to medication but could also be due to the condition that the antipsychotic is treating. It is important to discuss these concerns with your physician and not assume that it is the medication causing the problem.
