Your symptoms have: nothing to do with the Prenatal vitamin you took. However, it could have something to do with your pregnancy. Sudden onset of dizziness & headache should not be ignored ESPECIALLY DURING PREGNANCY. Please contact you OB ASAP. Dr. Anne
