Medication: Losartan is a commonly used blood pressure medication. 100 mg is the highest dose used for blood pressure management. Lisinopril is a similar medication from a related class of medication to Losartan. But 10 mg is a low dose and usually not enough for blood pressure management. You should discuss with your doctor regarding changing your medications.
