I have a large red and purple lump on my foot.been taking clindamycin for 2 days. how long do i wait before seeking additional attention?

Bump: I usually expect at least some improvement in 48 hours in a skin infection while taking antibiotics. If there is no change for the better, you either need to switch antibiotics, or have an asbcess (pus pocket) drained, or see a doctor to consider changing the diagnosis.
