Back pain: Patient with chronic low back pain is mostly muscle and bones disorder. Mayority of the patient had sprains in the back or ligaments sourranding the spine and they cause pain simple analgesic such a tylenol (acetaminophen) over the counter or Naproxen may help. Worrisome signs such fevre especially at nigh acompanied with nigh sweats, history of osteoporosis, cancer, age more than 50 years may need to be explore.

Many: Low back he does not come from spine. Other organs in the pelvis, hip joint, bad posture, bad work habit, obesity etc can also give back pain.
