2 weeks: Healing time after a cyst excision can take up to 2 weeks. If it has been a large cyst removal then the healing time can be longer as well. If there is any redness or swelling or ooze from the site then the wound may be infected and healing time can be more prolonged. It would be prudent to allow up to a month for the excision to heal before undertaking exercise or heavy activities

Cyst: It will depend how extensive your surgery was. Generally something simple will take 2 weeks; something more complicated 2 months. All the best.
