Should i get the cyst under my right arm closet to my heart removed? i've had one removed in the past.

If it hurts: The term cyst can mean a few different things in this case, so I am assuming this is a sebaceous cyst in the skin. If the bump is red, painful, getting bigger or bothering you in any way it should be removed.
