Old smelly hair: Your question suggests that you wonder if some hairy thing from the inside has pushed its way out to his belly button. No way, friends. His discovery is the result of sketchy hygiene and not carefully drying inside his belly button after a shower. Hair can accumulate and left long enough, gets VERY smelly: moist, low oxygen, etc. Have him beef up his drying and hygiene skills. Stay well:)
