Yes, More Hair: Pregnancy causes hormonal fluctuations which can lead to darkened skin patches (usually fade after delivery) and an increase in body hair including face, breasts, abdomen and more; regardless of your ethnic heritage. If hair removal is desirable, plucking with tweezers or waxing kits may be used however undergoing procedures such as laser hair removal should be postponed until after delivery.

Unpredictable: There is no way we can predict increase of hair or pigmentation due to pregnancy. And another important fact to remember is that not only we cannot predict on this pregnancy, for certain, we cannot predict on subsequent pregnancies as well. Just coz some pattern change happened on your last pregnancy does not predict the same change to happen with subsequent pregnancy.
