Not necessarily: Not necessarily. More important is what is your baseline pulse ox? If your pulse ox with exercise falls 5% or more from your resting pulse ox it may be significant. For example if your resting pulse ox is 98% and falls to 94% that may be insignificant. But if your baseline is 99% then a fall to 94% may be significant.
