Spirometry: See your pulmonologist for a spirometry test. If you are taking any rescue inhalers or more important a controller (steroids) you may need an adjustment. If you are taking antihypertensive meds this also could be the cause, especially if there was a change within the past 30-45 days.

Performance: In COPD the body tries to maintain performance as long as possible, but there is a tipping point at which just a small amount of lung function loss results in a large change in performance. It may be that you have crossed that threshhold. See your doctor and maybe get your medical regimen changed to reflect your new limitations.
