Go and get checked: Pain that is not resolved with adequate rest and appears to be persisting requires urgent attention. If you have no shortness of breath or chest pain, call your PCP to check if you can be seen in the office first thing tomorrow morning . If not, I will recommend you go the nearest ER or urgent care facility. Pain could be from vascular disease or muscle strain, hard to say without proper eval
