I was treated for a yeast infection with diflucan and bacterial vaginosis with metronidazole and im still experiencing itching after finishing antibiotics and now have a sore throat. what could this be and could the sore throat be related in anyway?

Complex, see doctor: Vaginal infections and symptoms can be very complex. You might have more than yeast and BV; or one is mimicking the other; or you might be infected with azole-resistant yeast. You need to see a doctor for careful reevaluation -- ideally a gyn who sub-specializes in infectious diseases. However, this probably is entirely unrelated to your sore throat. Good luck.
