Rash: This sounds like a contact rash due to sweating. You can apply over the counter: hydrocortisone 1% 3x/d on it and take Benadryl 25 mg cap at night for itching. If not better in a few days you can schedule a virtual visit to show your rash on a video visit. Welcome to healthtap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
