My wbc has been between 14k and 20k my platelet count is 5k and my absolute neutrophils are 13k for 8 mos. lymph nodes also swollen. no ideas on why?

Get a medical checku: High WBC count, like yours, has an underlying cause which requires further testing usually from a blood specialist(Hematologist). Also verify your platelet count...It can not be 5K.....that would be very serious if it is real.
