Allergic response: This sounds like a localised allergic response to the bug bite. It is unusual for infection to develop this early. This could likely be small blisters rather than actual abscesses. In any case if its causing you pain, you need to get this examined by a doctor. If there is infection, you may need antibiotics otherwise try some antihistamines which may reduce the reaction around the bite.

See doctor: Abscesses usually will not clear up without being drained. You need to see a doctor and get an evaluation. You may also have infection in the surrounding tissue and need an antibiotic. Please be seen as soon as possible.
